I am passionate about supporting clients across their mental health and well-being and I do this across coaching, counseling, and therapy. Thanks to my training across all modalities, I can easily address concerns that cross over, providing you with truly holistic support to get you closer to your own personal goals, a greater sense of self and a full and meaningful value aligned life.

I’m a counsellor, therapist and ICF accredited coach. A strong advocate of personal development and growth in a manner that is right for you. I believe at times this growth needs support, whether that takes the form of coaching, counselling or therapy. Your mental wellbeing is a precursor to your personal success and sometimes that means unpacking thoughts, feelings and emotions that may not be comfortable for us. There may be a need to question, to explore within and be offered insight that allows you to consider a different point of view, and that helps you align with your values.
With a particular focus on teens and young adults, couples and families, as well as coaching for women professionals and entrepreneurs, I firmly believe that support, be that coaching, counselling, or therapy is not a sign of weakness, but rather a sign of courage to commit to self-care and growth.
Mental wellness often triggers preconceived stigma – “I don’t have a problem”, “I can handle this” or “what will people say, my family will think I am crazy”. But your mental wellness encompasses your whole being – the physiological, the psychological and the social being. Schedule a complimentary discovery session
An important aspect of any conversation is how comfortable and safe you feel. The right fit is paramount in building that safe connection with your coach, counsellor or therapist. That is why I offer a complimentary discovery call to all prospective clients. I can learn more about your unique situation, address any of your questions or concerns, and we can get a feel if we will work well together.
How do we get started?
STEP 1 - BOOK A COMPLIMENTARY DISCOVERY CALL
When you feel you are ready, get in touch to book a discovery call. I will email you with 3 time slots and you can choose the one that best suits you. These sessions are typically 20-30 minutes, and take place online over Zoom.
STEP 2 - MAKE THE COMMITMENT
If there is a connection, I share an agreement outlining details of how we will work together. Payment is typically upfront and there is some paperwork to outline the details of your program.
STEP 3 - THE JOURNEY BEGINS
We typically meet every one to two weeks, either in person or on zoom. I start with a cycle of 3 sessions and then carry out a progress review session. Should we carry on working together, we will keep the same 3+1 cycle.
I encourage you to trust the process and be as open as you can and you will see shifts in your mindset, perspective and your level of engagement with life.
